Effective 2026-08-14

This page explains what happens to information you give us through this site. It is short on purpose. We do not run an advertising business, and we are not trying to build a profile of you.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the contact form, we store what you typed: your name, your email address, and your message. We also record your IP address, your browser's user agent string, and the time of submission. That is the complete list.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of who has contacted us and when, in case a reply goes missing or a conversation needs to be picked back up later. The IP address and user agent are stored as basic abuse and spam signals, not to identify or track you as a person browsing the site.

Where it's stored

Submissions go into our own database on our own server. We do not sell this information, rent it, or share it with third parties. It is not piped into a mailing list, an ad platform, or a CRM you haven't heard of.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics scripts on this site. There is nothing here watching you move through the pages. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, you can consider it honored by default — we track no one, tracked or not.

Cloudflare

This site is served through Cloudflare, which sits in front of our server as a proxy and content delivery network. As a normal part of that role, Cloudflare processes visitor IP addresses to route traffic and filter abuse. This is standard infrastructure, not an analytics or advertising relationship, and Cloudflare does not receive your contact-form submission itself.

Your options

If you want to know what we have on file, or want it corrected or deleted, use the contact form and say so. We'll handle it directly — there is no self-service portal, because there isn't enough data collected here to need one.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the effective date above. Given how little this site collects, we don't expect that to happen often.
